Yeah, that's a loaded question.

Yeah, it's kind of an intriguing and maybe even, could we say, rhetorical question, a line of questioning.

Because he knows the answer to it.

He's not asking for a revelation.

He knows that two people cannot walk together unless they'd be agreed.

So when we are talking about relationships,

Amos is letting us know, first and foremost,

that they are never stationary.

They're always evolving.

He describes it as a walking with them. So when I form a relationship with, whether it be on a friend level, whether it be on a

more intimate level, if I'm single and I'm looking for a spouse, if I am just looking to expand my circle of friends,

it's important that we enter into these pursuits with an understanding,

as we've already said, that the cross needs to be front and center

to the forging of that relationship,

and then that relationships are progressive.
