How many people that struggle with anger management really do want help with it?

That's a great question.

How to, how, I'm trying to think of how to, to craft this.

They don't want, when they feel the effects of their outburst, they do not like it.

They don't like the separation.

They don't like the breaking of trust to loved ones, family members, hurting people they care about.

To admit, I have an anger problem, there's the challenge.

Like I said in the last episode.

Inwardly, they know it.

Inwardly, there's no question about it because they feel the distance that they put between them

and a coworker, a friend, a church member, or even

family, eventually.

You know, I do, I do a chapter in the book of, of, that talks about the ones that we, you know,

it hits, we always strike out at the ones we shouldn't hurt it all.

And that's our family.

Because we know they're always going to be there.

Well, don't count on it.

Yeah.

That's delusional.

You should talk to people about that.

I mean, after a while, it's like, okay, I'm done.

Yeah.
