0:27.1	The Department of Public Safety is apparently no longer issuing a preliminary report that
0:31.6	was expected to be released today.
0:34.0	But there is some new information and it's trickling out pertaining not only to what went
0:38.0	wrong but also what happened inside of Rob Elementary School.
0:43.1	And I'm sad to say that it only compounds the agony.
0:47.2	The Texas State Senator Roland Gutierrez told CNN that he'd been briefed that the Uvalde
0:52.9	School's police chief Pete Arradondo, he turned into an incident commander, remember?
0:58.9	He didn't have a radio on him when he arrived on the scene.
1:04.4	I have been told that this person did not have this person being the incident commander,
1:09.4	did not have radio communication and I don't know as to why.
1:14.7	Don't know as to why.
1:17.1	It's a great question because if it's true, the incident commander on the scene of this
1:22.5	mass shooting would not have had a way to directly contact dispatchers.
1:27.5	And I wonder if you ever have a radio eventually?
1:30.2	CNN and Rick reached out to both Arradondo and the Texas Department of Safety for a comment
