Lord, we thank you for this time. We can share together, and we just pray now you would guide us in all of this.

We just look to you, Lord, you have all the answers. We have a lot of questions. And we thank you that we can seek you and we can turn to you. And we just ask you now to help us.

Amen. So let me just take us of these questions, and then you can throw me some questions

relationship with God? I read my Bible and pray every day, but I feel like there is something missing and I don't know how to get there.

So first let me say, that's great that you're doing those things about reading your Bible and praying every day.

That's great discipline.

And I think one of the things that helps us to really walk in a place where the relationship

is deeper is if you do more than just receive.

By receiving, I mean, you know, when I read the Bible, I'm gaining things from God,

wisdom, encouragement, sometimes I'm being challenged as I'm reading scripture.

And as I'm praying, you know,

I'm receiving from the Lord, just that communion with him.

But applying your faith is a wonderful way to help you begin to feel like this is more

than just going through the motion.

So I would encourage you, learn to share your faith.

Step out and share your testimony.

It can be sometimes daunting, but it is one of the most liberating things when you just take time

in the course of just interacting with people and friends and family that you know and coworkers

and sometimes strangers, just talking about your relationship with Christ and using it as an opportunity to

just kind of share your own story, that will help you to not just receive from the Lord,
