0:57.0	Dr. Moore, what advice would you give to future Christian leaders?
1:02.0	Well, I think Jesus says be faithful in small things and you will be given authority
1:09.3	over greater things.
1:10.3	I think that's ultimately eschatological, the lives that all of us are doing small things in various ways right now.
1:15.6	We're faithful to that so that we are building the sort of character and virtue of the kingdom
1:20.9	to be able to live out as heirs of the kingdom in the age to come.
1:24.4	But I think it also applies in the sense that whatever it is that you are given to do,
1:31.1	it's not accidental.
1:33.4	If you have an understanding of the providence of God,
1:36.0	then that means that everything that you're given to do
1:38.4	is shaping you and preparing you for something.
