Bless up everybody, it's I am Heinz and today in hindsight, this is your morning cup of tea.

0:07.2

And my cup of tea this morning, I'm actually having a cold brew this morning, a black tea

0:12.6

monk's blend, with a little bit of coconut creamer. Yeah, that's the vibe for today.

0:19.9

I hope y'all are having a beautiful morning. I hope the energy is stirring up and getting

0:34.1

but not out of insecurity, out of love. What do you mean Heinz? What do you mean to question ourselves?

0:44.1

I think it's really important that we question ourselves. A lot of us have beliefs about ourselves

2:00.9

2:08.6

I'm not really that that's not really me. Are you sure? Or maybe you grew up in a family where

2:16.0

affection wasn't the love language. So that became your normal, but maybe deep down within you,

2:25.7

affection, love, touch, intimacy is truly wanted. But because you continue to tell yourself this

2:33.7

narrative, you own it, you believe it. But ultimately, you're suppressing a deep need in one.

2:42.7

I think it's very important that we question ourselves so we can become the greatest version
