We got to talk about Quentin Grimes and the latest report, Kyle from Jake Fisher,

our good buddy friend of the show, Jake Fisher from a Bleacher Report and Mark Stein Substack as well. Go check out Jake Fisher.

And Jake talked about in a recent, just recently discussing how the Quentin Grimes saga as it continues to roll on may look more along the lines of something that Derek has been

preparing people for, and that might be the shorter-term deal for Quentin Rhyme.

So what might that look like, Kyle, the one that I know we can reference the rumor.

There was another rumor out there of Cam Thomas. As we've

mentioned, Cam Thomas from the Brooklyn that's Josh Giddy from the Chicago Bulls and Jonathan

Kaminga from the Golden State Warriors, all four restricted free agents having trouble right now

finding a deal that they like. And as far as Quentin Grimes goes, we'll get into that. But the

rumor that was out there for

Camp Thomas, first it was somewhere that he was looking for that $30 million or $100 million

deal from the Brooklyn Nets or anywhere else. And in this case, the latest for him is the Nets

offering him two years, $14 million a year annually, which would be a $28 million deal.

Clearly he's not happy about that.

And is that something that we may have to look at as far as being offered?

Or is that way too low of what we think Del Mory and the Sixers are offering Quentin Grimes at this point.

Yeah, so that's the tough thing, Devon, is my read on this whole situation has been that

it's not that Quentin doesn't want to be in Philadelphia. It's not that the Sixers don't want him

here. All signs point to they'll get a deal done.
