Welcome to Press Send. I'm Shaneh Alexander and this is a podcast where we talk through your problems and we give you our best advice except for today.

I mean, I'm still, I'm still going to try to give you really good advice today,

but there is no we, it is just me, this is my first solo episode ever

in the history of podcasting. I'm feeling in my feelings about it. I feel a little bit

lonely, but you know what? We're all doing a lot of things alone right now and so this is an apt

time for me to be doing this. So you might have noticed there's a new song.

I'm so excited to share it with you just because,

well, first of all, I love it,

and it's been stuck in my head for weeks.
