The Tudors Dynasty podcast's mini-series on

Queenship. I am your host, Dr. Johanna Strong, and in this series, we have been traveling through time

and around the world to learn more about global queenship. In the final episode of our

queenship series, I am joined by Holly Mearsden, Amy Jane Humphreys, and Dr. Gabrielle's story,

to talk about the team queens collective and global queenship.

Holly is currently completing her PhD through the AHRC's collaborative doctoral partnership

scheme at the University of Winchester and historic royal palaces in collaboration with

the National Portrait Gallery and Royal Museums Greenwich.

Her thesis looks at Mary the Second in the context of queenship, culture, and politics in the 17th century.

Amy is currently working on her PhD at the University of Liverpool, researching royal women of

the early Georgian court in Britain.

She's also the people administrator for the Hampshire Cultural Trust.

And last, but certainly not least, we have Gabby, who is a visiting research fellow at the

University of Winchester. Her research focuses on 12th and 13th century queenship,

examining co-rulership, queenship, gender, sexuality, and perceptions of power. She is the founder

of the Teen Queen's Collective, of which Holly, Amy, and I were all apart. So thank you, each of you for agreeing to come on today.

and what a wonderful way to end this series.
