retreat that I am in. And wow, I got to tell you, it feels so great to be immersed into receiving mentoring training just like

focusing on on me in ways that i don't normally when i'm in my regular day-to-day routine

and one of the things i noticed today is it takes a bit to get into it. It takes a bit to unwind and to drop in.

So that's what I'm really glad that I'm gifting myself this amount of time to really see what else is possible and get so much better at using all of my powers and skill sets and
