I'm your host Zoe Forse and we've got lots to talk about this week

as it's been the Invictus Games and we've got yet another TV interview from Prince Harry

with a lot more claims about things that have happened behind closed doors at the palace.

Now I'm joined as always by Russell Myers hi Russell how are you I'm very well

thank you the sun is shining it has been a very very busy week although when is it not a busy week

well we had one week last week which wasn't too busy. So that was our little

holiday. Yeah no I did manage to take a few days off over Easter actually. I was watching the Invicts's games from afar, spending time with family, all the wholesome stuff before the absolute madness of this week.

Now let's start by just saying, obviously it's a very special day today

because we are recording on Thursday the day that we actually go live which is

exciting but it's the Queen's birthday so happy birthday to the Queen. Many

happy returns indeed. Yeah I mean did you see the new

picture I did it's really good with the two ponies I actually rather liked it I thought it was great it was and it sparked some

weird conversations in the newsroom as the difference between ponies and horses because

everyone was saying that she's got an awful lot taller in the last couple of months or

these are very tiny horses and then I think they confirmed kind of what they were

weren't there?

Apparently the difference is in the legs or something like that?

I'm...

Big old pony.

No idea. I mean... Do know, I do know what I took my daughter to a farm the other day and I thought that this shows my sort of equestrian or animal knowledge that are we there were some donkeys there that were absolutely huge and I always thought
