| 1:19.9 | I am. I've heard about Kansas City. I've never been there, although I hope to visit one day, but tell me this. Is the barbecue as good as they say it is? |

| 1:31.3 | Okay, so I'm coming to Kansas City, and let's imagine for a moment that I only have one hour on my drive-through. |

| 2:18.5 | So I think, you know, the big famous one is Joe's, Kansas City. It used to be called Oklahoma Joe's. They've got a couple locations, but the most famous is in a gas station. And it is wonderful. Get their burn ends, get their Z-Man, and get their French fries. Oh. And you can't go wrong. No. French fries, come on. How can you go wrong? They literally, so if you're going to do three things, you get the burn ends, you split it with somebody. You get the sandwich, which is called Z-Man, which is brisket, which you guys know something about in Texas. Oh, yeah. And then they're fries. They put the seasoning on top of it, it blows the bake beans away. |
