great intern has to make a lot of questions. Tyler Mead, our great intern,

who, I want to make a note over the course of working with us,

which has, it is nothing to do with us but he is really

like taken health and wellness like seriously and he looked he's done a similar the way

Mateo did a body transformation I mean similar in that they both like just regularly have been healthier and then you see results over time.

Tyler's done that.

He did, he's doing that.

Killing it. He's also just a great person to work with yeah maybe I

bring up people's looks too much I always try to do it if it's like a like a if I see someone out there working like consistently you know what I mean yeah that's what impresses me that's what impress me

you guys do it every week and you don't do it in an extreme way and you just keep doing it.
