Hello, happy Monday. Welcome back to another episode of the Social Studies

Podcast, the podcast where I study Being Social by Being Social. This is part two of my quarantine inspiration episode. I found people from all over who are doing amazing work during quarantine.

And I'm using this to be some inspiration for you so you can get some ideas churning in your little noggin for ways to maybe like spice up whatever you're doing at home like make a little sacy, make it a little spicy, whenever you want.

We're starting to lose our minds over here, and I've taken a note out of a few of these people's

book. Last week, if you didn't listen to last week's episode, first

at all, I interviewed Mark Kenamora and I have to say I have been participating in his dance

parties.

They're great.

One time I even was like, I'm frustrated.

I don't want to do this.

And then I was like, I think it'll make you feel better.

And I did it.

And not only did I feel just happy because

it's such a positive atmosphere and great but I also felt like I got a little bit of a workout

in. You guys I haven't I used to go to the gym every single day. I'm not even

exaggerating every single day. Okay like maybe like I didn't go on Saturdays and

Sundays but don't tell anybody and since since this quarantine hit, I've gone not to the gym.

I have this whole plan to do this home workout.

Have I done it?

No.

And let me tell you what, when you start not working out, girl, you feel it.

You feel it almost immediately.
