What's your doctor in again?

My doctorate's in kind of philosophy, continental philosophy.

Continental philosophy. Cool. For people who don't know what that is, what is continental philosophy

and what is the, why is that a differentiation from the other one? Oh yeah. Yeah, a lot of people

don't know that. So there's generally there's kind of a divide between analytic philosophy and continental philosophy.

And analytic philosophy is more kind of loosely based on kind of kind of the heart sciences.

It looks a little bit more mathematically based, logically based,

continental philosophy is a bit more interested in kind of the human dimension of existence.

So continental philosophy is like what people think of when they think of philosophy?

Yeah.

And then a lot of people go into philosophy thinking it's going to be that.

And then they find themselves in analytic philosophy.

Uh-oh.
