I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

Now, I want to help others manufacture big breakthroughs of their own.

We're talking about sex with someone else, which I assume we are.

Communication and alignment, chemistry-wise, which we can get into, communication and alignment chemistry-wise,

which we can get into, it's authenticity and being in your body.

Like those two things are probably the top of the list

of the things that are required if you really want mind-blowing sex.

And then after that, obviously, you know, being able to authentically communicate your needs,

even knowing, I find that a lot of people, even in today's world where we have so much education at our fingertips online, they don't really know what turns them on personally, what arouses them, what kind of touch,

what kind of stimulation, what kind of hotspots, what kind of positions, what kind of behaviors,

like they don't know.

And I find that's especially true with women, even very, you know, empowered, sexy, sexually active

women.

People are always surprised when I say this, but it's true.

And you can ask anyone if you have a friend who has sex with a lot of people and is comfortable

with their bodies and very sexually active and like, yes, you know, I'm out there in the the world that even the people who appear the most

sexually comfortable aren't necessarily experiencing immense pleasure on today's

episode of the CLS experience with a very special treat she is one of the most well-known sex
