your host, J.V. Johnson. We're going to be talking about a couple of things tonight with our guest.

Natasha Rosewood will be with us in just a little bit. Natasha is a quantum healer, an inspirer of

intuitive intelligence and an author, and she's going to talk about what quantum healing is, what it means, what she does for

I'm not sure exactly how that works, but Natasha will tell us when we have her on. I wanted to bring up

something because last night we were talking specifically about Lyme's disease and tick-borne illness.

And it just so happens that Prevention Magazine had very recently released an article that offers a list of things you need to do if you find a tick on your body.

And I thought it was very, very appropriate to just kind of go through some of

these things for people because it is a very becoming a very common problem. The tick population

has exploded and the whether it's on your pets or you're finding them on yourself or your kids,

ticks are becoming a real nuisance and they are carrying diseases that can be very,

very serious. So the Prevention magazine talks about whenever you go outside, regardless,

your backyard, the woods, a field with tall grass, you really need to check yourself, particularly in hard to look places,

which makes it even more difficult.

Behind the ears, between the toes, if you don't have shoes on, behind the knees,

any place that the skin is exposed, especially, you need to look.
