Hello everybody. I'm Soren Bowie. I'm a writer for American Dad.

And I got to tell you, Dan, today I was running as I out on a run.

It's feeling pretty good about myself because I've been running so regularly and like my splits are getting better.

And I just got absolutely burned by this guy.

Really destroyed a twice because the way the run is it's got it's basically because figure eight.

That has a hell in it and like when it's not a perfect figure, like one side's much bigger than the other.

And so like we he was going one the same way as me for some of it.

And then he split off on one way on the eight and I went the other.

And then when we came around the other side, like he beat me by just a country mile because he had a hill and he was on the longer side.

He just was so fast and just a gazelle like he was like really tall.

So like he had the stride of an Impala, but he was so fast in a way that was like really demoralizing.

Now could you one of the things that I do when this happens to me is if anyone passes me, I tell myself, well, they probably just started.

They haven't been running as long today as I have so like of course I do the same thing.

I know that so where I was coming from, basically I run to the Culver City Steps and then I run home.

And I know that there's there's not a lot of places in between there for him to have started because I go through this college campus too.

There's not a lot of places in there for him to have started other than at the steps.

And I think that's where he came from.

Also, he was, he already had a good sweat band going on.
