So, yeah, so that's really, really interesting.

So for those of you out there who haven't tried sound healing or drumming or anything like that,

I highly recommend it.

And I consider it like aromatherapy.

It's no harm healing.

So whether you're using essential oils or you're using a therapeutic bath or, you know, or Reiki. All of those are energy healing and they don't cause

any harm no matter what. So you can give yourself over to it and really experience the benefits.

And I was quite surprised, but all the healing that I've had, that kind of healing, sound healing,

has been extremely, extremely beneficial.

Phil, I'm curious as to how that tied into you being able to jump the timeline, or is that more about what you've just described to us with people in the future that you knew you were going to connect with and have a better or a closer relationship with?

All I can say is it's just, like that first one in September of 23, I was so taken back because I was not expecting it whatsoever.

And I was frivolously jourting as soon as they woke us up from the journey.

And what I started doing on the events I would go to in the future is I would set intentions or I would say, Spirit, I want more information on this.

I want to see how this is going to turn out.

So then when I did it intentionally, I was able to unlock more information and just feel more empowered about my path.
