As for myself, I found that I would just know things.

And sometimes I would know things that were really none of my business.

And, you know, for the longest time, I kept rationalizing that it was my imagination. And then I just stopped

trying to categorize it and analyze it and just let it be. And I actually have very little

control over it. It seems to be a spirit-driven thing. So, for instance, if I'm thinking of somebody and I'm thinking that I want to help them

in some way, or if they've asked me if I could help them in some way, or they've, you know,

confided in me they're having troubles in a certain area, or it could be their health,

could be anything.

And then when I'm thinking about it, it's like spirit just kind of overtakes me and

starts, I just start, for lack of a better word, channeling all this information and ideas,

and one thing leads to another.

And the more, and it comes for for me with me not trying to think,

just letting my mind run free, which I actually love to do.

I need to do that every day or I don't feel well.

You know, I need to just let my mind run free.

And I know that sounds strange, but I think that is actually meditation as well, another form.

Anyway, so Spirit just lets me know what I need to know.

And then I sort of try to organize the information and then I give it back
