I also wanted to just start with my own experience being what I call interdimensional or transdimensional. And I was talking to Chris Matthew recently and he said that he has

transdimensional experiences too. But how he knows it's a different realm is he can't

physically bring anything back with him. So I was thinking what I want to start practicing is when I'm in a

transdimensional state, I want to pick up a pebble or a flower or something and stick it in my

pocket and see if I can bring it back with me

because the experiences are so very real. But I just wondered what's your take? Because I know

you have all kinds of your own experiences, Elsa, and I sure don't want to speak for you.

This is really interesting, like going in with a plan.

Now this is, okay, so you have the ascension process,

then you have the dark night of the soul.

So you go through all this and then you go through it all over again

and then you might have it all over again and then you might

have some illness or death or personal crisis which we all seem to have had. And then you

go through another layer and it sort of starts to become less confusing but more confusing

in other ways. And then you start to play with it.

Mm-hmm.

And this is a great stage to be at because now you're going,

okay, that's all great.
