Broncos. But Jeff, let's start with this balancing act. And you can tell me your views from the

locker room. So Justin Herbert, the quarterback of the Chargers, has said that he's been hitting the weights hard this off season and he's up to 245 pounds.

By contrast, Mac Jones is in the best shape of his life and has been going the other way.

He's tried to slim down.

But Mac Jones did talk about that being a balancing act and that he might then

need to put a bit more weight on as he approaches the season. So he wants to be in better shape,
