Hey guys, Spaners here for the sprint review in Qatar, the sprint rates that could have been an email.

Now, I try not to be negative and I get told off for telling people not to listen to content, but this is definitely skippable.

So this is one to listen to if you run out of no such thing as a fish episodes or the rest is history podcasts to listen to, then you're like,

wow, guest spanners has done a sprint review. And there are some positives to get out of it.

There are some talking points, obviously championship connotations, but I'm definitely going

to have a moan about this sprint race. Now, I, you know, I get defensive about F1 when people are saying, oh, that race was boring.

F1's boring.

I'm like, yeah, but, okay, but in that race, there was, there was strategy if you watch the

live timings, or there was racing going on in the background, or they were following and they

were stalking and they were having to do this.

Here, no.

And I get angry when it's predictable like monaco

is predictable we've known for decades that we're going to go there and not get action yet for years

they told us that we're watching it wrong and then finally conceded well what if we have an extra

stop and make it somehow worse so it's when it's predictable i think the combination of this track and the sprint race was. So it's when it's predictable. I think the combination of this

track and the sprint race was predictable and that's where it irks me where you kind of go, okay,

it's happened for reasons other than racing. Same in Monaco. I'm sure there's a lot of political

pressure and lobby groups or whatever that keep a race in Monaco, so they have to keep telling us it's the

crown jewel. And then Qatar, I'd imagine it's money that is why the sprint race is here. It's money

why the final race is in Abu Dhabi. And so that's when I feel like I've got a license to

moan and be a little bit more negative. But starting with the positives, Oscar Piastri gets his mojo back

and secures a pole,
