and al-Qaeramu al-aikum and a barakatoo.

You know, it's in our nature as human beings that we plan, we strategize, we prepare, we gather resources. We put so much time and energy and

effort, emotional energy, mental energy into working towards a particular outcome. And then when

that outcome doesn't arrive when and where and how we wanted to, I don't know how else to put it lightly, it just destroys us.

You know? And in the Quran, Allah, in one powerful verse that is so comprehensive, even the language of it is so comprehensive,

where Allah says in Surat al-Fathe,

that indeed we have granted you a clear victory.

And that verse is being revealed at a time where things did not go according to plan,

which is so fascinating. So at the moment where the Prophet Saladisham said, okay, we've struggled
