different? All right. Let's get started. Hey all, welcome to today's Q&A mini podcast. We are answering

0:31.6

a question today from Laura Lynn Matthews. And Laura Lynn says, how do you market on Facebook? I would love to hear some

0:38.6

tips for Facebook marketing. And I want to start this out, Laura Lynn, by saying that we are

0:43.9

certainly not Facebook marketing experts by any stretch of the imagination. We have had some success on

0:49.9

Facebook. And today we're going to talk a little bit about what's been working for us as far as Facebook goes. Okay. There's kind of a general principle when you're marketing on Facebook. And today we're going to talk a little bit about what's been working for us as far as Facebook goes. Okay. There's kind of a general principle when you're marketing on Facebook or kind of a flow the way things have to work. It's just the way they've set up the system. And if you understand how the system works, you can take advantage of it, especially if you're willing to spend money. Because no matter what anyone says to you, you know, if you find a guru

1:40.6

and hopefully those leads mathematically will work out into sales. So if your product is

1:45.8

$200 and you're getting leads at $5 a lead, well, you're trading a $5 bill for two Ben Franklin's.

1:52.0

That's a pretty good deal. And the way Facebook works is you have to go in first and build an

1:58.0

audience and you can do that in a number of ways. You can upload your email

2:01.6

list into Facebook and target people that are already on it. Or you can go in and actually pay for

2:06.7

people to like your page. Like your ad will show and you can go in and target their interest and it'll

2:11.0

come up in their news feed and maybe they'll like your page. And then once you've built an audience

2:15.0

of likes or you've already got a custom audience built,
