0:22.6	2003. If you haven't heard of Quo, Quo is a group of higher density beings that are

1:28.4	It's a long story, but they work together to safely channel to people in a conscious state
1:33.9	when they originally had attempted channeling unconsciously, which took a lot out of the channeler
1:39.8	and was somewhat dangerous as negative forces tried to attack the unconscious person because of the
