0:16.7	interesting question of what is the difference between service to self and self-care.
0:22.4	As a result of this question, there is a very deep discussion of that desire to serve the self
0:30.2	and also just taking care of yourself and what are the dynamics of service to self and service
0:37.0	to others. As we are taught in the law of one to self and service to others?
0:37.9	As we are taught in the law of one, you can harvest into fourth density by being 51% service to others or 95% service to self.
