0:24.2	Very interesting because I started today, I sat down, to dedicate some time to the topic

0:34.5	Recently in my Facebook group, I had really been affected by the program a TV show on
0:42.1	Netflix that talks about this really crazy troubled youth high school that was sort of a
0:47.8	cult and I was really affected by it so I shared in the group and I noticed most people were
0:54.0	like yeah that's terrible and I and I got a chance
0:56.5	to talk to some people that experienced it but then there was a couple people like I will never watch
1:00.5	that it's too negative and I started to see this in the spiritual community in general if you talk about
1:07.0	any topic that is a little bit off putting thenting, then people bury their heads in the sand
1:12.5	and ignore it. Now I understand where this comes from. I read constantly from Neville Goddard,
1:18.5	who's telling us to focus on the positive, Joseph Murphy saying that it can affect our
1:23.5	subconscious mind. But if we do that, we're ignoring significant catalyst that is
1:29.3	important in our own spiritual awakening. So I've realized I have to address that just as much as I have
1:36.1	to address negative emotions that come up within me. If I ignore them and push them away,
1:41.3	they end up in my body and I get sick or I don't address them properly
1:45.7	and they become sort of a shadow of myself. Well, it's the same way. If we ignore negative news
1:50.7	thinking that it's going to affect us, there is the possibility that we're ignoring something
1:56.1	that we need to address on our spiritual path. So I was really thinking about how I could put together an
2:02.9	episode on this. And then this channeling popped up. Now, this is just dealing with negativity
2:08.9	in general. But I want to talk about how to deal and address negativity on our spiritual path.
