I would probably benefit from knowing exactly what the listener or the questioner was referring to and I suspect I don't know obviously but I suspect there was something specific on his or her

mind when this question was fashioned and you know the curse of being a lawyer I

don't know if the listeners referring to the District of Columbia as a governmental entity or members of Congress or people in government in general.

So I'll take I'll take two stabs at it. If it's Congress, it is true

members of Congress get to do things the rest of us, because I'm in this group now
