Well, Mary Langston will not be joining us this week.

In her absence, to the extent that anything can feel that absence, but in her absence, we will revisit a few of your

fault-provoking questions, and there are too many to choose from. But nonetheless, in the

interest of time, we've chosen a few. You've asked about the inner workings of our judicial and

legislative systems.

You have asked about what is the left of my golf game.

And there are moments when you just simply wanted an answer to my favorite question of all,

which is why, regardless of the topic.

major in college. So I especially love, I do know that. I especially love hearing from authors

like you and other authors about what motivates them, inspires them to

write, and even the psychology behind it, which I think you like the psychology as well.

Thank you, Trey, for writing your book. It's fantastic. It had me almost biting my nails again

and wondering what happens next. Was it that bad? No, I was just like, what's going to happen? I was wondering, what's going to happen next? So I just kept reading and reading and trying to not to bite my nails. You figured it out in the first chapter probably. Well, I'm not going to spoil anything, but it did take me longer than I'd like to admit on how long it

took me to figure it out. But I won't spoil it, like I said, but I did also leave inspired
