So I want to start with a Bible question. So yeah, I want to just ease you in. Is there

0:22.0

a connection between what Romans 12 talks about with the renewal of the mind and this theme

0:29.4

of paradise that you're tracing? Most definitely, yes. Go on. The word that Paul uses in his

0:45.4

language is the word metamorpho. It's a verb in Greek. You know what it means because we have

0:51.4

the word in English too, metamorphosis. In other words, Paul's assumption is that the

0:57.4

human mind is a very magable plastic-like thing that can be morphed and shaped into viewing

2:13.4

communities of believers where I felt that my view of reality was being reshaped through

2:19.0

those very things. Yes, it's so helpful.

2:21.4

Yeah, so let's think about an example. Like so in Romans 12, he talks about conflict resolution

2:29.1

within the family of Jesus. So has anyone had a conflict with another person before?

2:37.7

Has anyone had a conflict with another person in their church before? So, it's such a good

2:43.3

example because like, okay, there's a normal way that our bodies are mostly have mostly
