declined like I do with most people who contact me asking me to feature people on this show.

And I want to explain why I don't recommend that company and why I wasn't willing to feature the co-founder on this show.

So I want to discuss that because I shared that to my social media.

And I got a few questions about that, people asking me to explain why I don't recommend that company.

The second thing that we're going to discuss is cold plunge science.

So I know this is slightly outside of the realm of nutrition, but this is something that has

become very popular in recent years and something that I've spent some time reading the

research on, trying to understand, trying to figure out

if it makes sense to incorporate into my life, to recommend it to others. And I want to break down

some of the research on that to help you make better decisions about whether or not this is

something that you want to add into your routine or that would be worth adding to your routine

or that would be, you know, worth going through the effort in order to do so because there's a lot of people recommending these cold

plunges recently and I've seen a lot of claims around it and I want to discuss what the
