Yes so I came with a big debunking of a myth today because I started teaching in high schools recently

and I realized a lot of people think that actually we only use 10% of our rain.

That is not true. That's the biggest myth we have in neuroscience and

actually the reason why it's not true is because the brain is extremely

efficient. We have nothing in our brain that isn't useful. It's about 2% of

our mass in terms of kilos, but it's about 20% of our energy use.
