I just got back from a hard track workout, the first track workout

of the year. The snow is finally gone here in Helsinki, Finland, so I took the opportunity,

or my coach had me, go to the track and do 16 by 400 as a nice little introduction to the hard period ahead in preparation for the summer's races.
