My name is Juliette. I am a sexologist and a sex and relationship coach. And I'm the host of the podcast. And welcome to episode 45.

Today is one of my Q&A's. So if you are just tuning into the podcast now,

every now and then I do a Q&A and the questions are real. They're from emails that I get from people asking me questions. And basically when I get an email with a question

I pop it on like a list of questions and then when I come around to recording a Q&A

which I do I guess whenever I feel like it I answer some of guess, whenever I feel like it,

I answer some of the questions that I feel are going to apply to a lot of people listening and I answer the more, I guess the ones I'm interested in

because, yeah, it's called The Authentic

Sex Podcast. So I really aim to be like really authentic. And so what I speak about is

stuff that I've explored myself. It's stuff that I have a good personal experience with because,

yeah, I'm a sexologist, so I studied sex at uni and done a million different courses,

etc. And I've got an undergrad in psychology, so I have all the creditations but people

ask me what what like the best training is to become a sexologist and I believe it's

just a life full of a lot of exploration and sexual adventure and and a lot of different experiences.

And I feel like that's where I get most of my knowledge and I can just speak really authentically.

So enough about me, let's get straight into the Q&A. Okay, the first question is

everything's anonymous. So I don't say from names. I just, if you're listening and you think,

oh my God, that could be my question. Awesome, but everything's anonymous.
