Do not let your hesitation get in the way of your expression. I am your host, Emily Schramm. This is a

meathead hippie podcast, and I'm going to be going through some questions that you guys have

given me so many great questions to go through on all forms of medicine.

So I'm excited to jump into them.

But that quote,

do not let your hesitation get in the way of your expression,

is so dead on for all of us.

And this came up through, I do it live tea time every Thursday with our

platform members. And it's just this beautiful community, so grateful for it. And I always pull a

passage from my book, the M's process book. And as I was talking about how do we show up and how do we

feel in this full moon in Leo and all the energy that's happening and a recognition that it is

about us taking care of us. And when the world is doing its thing and we use the world to fill the holes that we might be needing to fill in ourselves, we kind of depend on the world for validation in some way, right?

And so when I look at this full moon and Leo energy and

what's happening and the changes and the shifts, a lot of it has to do with you, me, all of us

taking full responsibility for who we are and where we're going, knowing that it's all up to us.

There's definitely outside factors. There's definitely external circumstances, but we really do, you know, get to create a reality

based on how we choose to show up for ourselves and for others. So this idea that hesitation is happening because we're not sure on the details,

we're not sure on the complete end story, we're not sure on exactly the final destination,

we're not sure our worth, whatever the reason for the hesitation, it is so true that it absolutely can stop us from expression

because we just don't know.

But expression is our art form.

Who we are as humans are just balls of atoms meant to create and express.
