Welcome to the Mathisie Barker Podcast, everybody.

Last night I had a live Q&A with Dr. Frank Anderson for folks who registered for the

0:09.9

Healing Trauma course that we launched just over a month ago. And I wanted to share a clip from

0:14.0

the Q&A because I thought it was really meaningful. I had a lot of broad applicability even if you

0:17.7

didn't watch the course. And I don't know, it was about the sensation of a feeling like you're

0:22.5

kind of outside your body and just kind of observing your life from the outside in, like not really

0:27.6

1:14.4

most of the mental health podcasts I've listened to have like an ad for an electrolyte drink. And

1:18.4

1:22.3

you're super dehydrated, then, you know, you can experience things like anxiety and irritability

1:26.4

and fatigue. So that makes sense to me. Hydration isn't just, you know, about sports performance,

1:31.2

you know, it's supportive of overall well-being. You know, it's not just about drinking enough water,

1:36.1

but specifically having the right balance of fluids in your body, the chemicals that regulate

1:39.9

those fluids like sodium, magnesium, potassium. So I started looking around, you know, at different
