1:00.0	First, the first question. First, the Thethelonians 110 tells us that Jesus delivers us from the wrath to come.
1:08.5	How do we know that this is referring to the tribulation and not referring
1:12.8	to the wrath of hell? That's a great question. Yeah. I think the key here, Carrie, is the context.
1:21.2	The context of those verses is talking about the return of Jesus. So the kind of the theme that Paul's addressing is the return
1:29.9	of Christ as it relates to the tribulation and the timing of the tribulation. So that would be one
1:34.5	thing. Also, the same word wrath that is used there, wrath to come, is the word that's used in
1:41.4	chapter 5, verses 1 through 10, that also talks about the day of the
1:47.6	Lord or the tribulation period. And then also the idea of saving us from the wrath to come in chapter
1:53.8	five flows from the context of chapter 4, which is obviously talking about the rapture and
1:58.6	the coming tribulation. And then finally, the Thessalonian church, their biggest issue was not, are, am I saved from hell,
2:07.7	but am I saved from the wrath to come?
