So number one, preparing your body physically after miscarriage. And that is a really good question. I like to keep this one simple. I think there

are two main things that have to happen. And that is to build your blood and support your liver

pathways. And so I like black cumin oil from verveda to build your blood, take that orally.

things like that.

And one thing I will say is my wife has really good guided imagery recordings, almost like

deep meditations, for all different stages of pregnancy and also during miscarriage.
