Hey guys, welcome to the street cop training podcast.

I'm your host, founder and CEO of Street cop training.

My name is Dennis Benino.

Today we have a very special podcast.

We've invited group from our Facebook group to join us on the podcast and ask questions.

And I think when you ask questions from a level of somebody who is a participant in the

group, other law enforcement officers, I have a funny feeling we're going to get to some

interesting dialogue that is provoked by the minds of the people who are

out in the field actually doing the work. So without further ado, we'll start

with Zach Zach. If you want to give us your, any information you want to give us where you work, what you do, if you have to keep it quiet for your agency, we respect that tremendously. I think I can give you a little bit

from Connecticut, mid-sized department up here in Connecticut, and I've been to call for about three years now. It'll be three years in April and finishing up a college degree as well while I'm doing that. So it's been interesting to be in the field and also

learn the college side of it as well.
