feed. So to redress that balance, we thought in this episode we'd all get together for potentially

hours. Now, as you know, beloved listener, social distancing is a thing. And we've been told to keep

two metres apart. But David, I think you're still infectious, aren't you, mate?

Well, I've been in isolation for more than a

week now but even so just to err on the side of safety we've kept David 92,376 metres away

and Jemima I'm assuming you're in good health but just to be safe we've kept her 271,9759 meters away

actually worked out next next in rude health, so we've

allowed him to stay in Nottingham. And I think this is definitely the first time we've done a

remote recording, isn't it? Yeah, it is, yeah. Yeah, and it feels really weird because we haven't

even got the webcams on, so we can't see each other, and there's a bit of a delay, and me and Nick have got Echo.

We're battling on, though. I think David sounds a bit nasally. To my mind, sounds good. You sound okay. Although you're stressing out a lot, aren't you?

I'm stressing out. You are a bit nasal. Is that the result of the virus, David?

Maybe. I can't taste things, which is a symptom of the thing, isn't it?

I was having whiskey over FaceTime with a friend the other night, and I poured some Lefroig and realized that I couldn't taste it. Disaster. Wow.

Wow. Gosh. Did you revere it to water? Yeah, I didn't have any more whiskey. It's too

nice, too nice a stuff to drink and not taste it. Could you still feel the burn, though?

Yeah, you could still kind of, you could still feel the ring kind of thing.

But, yeah, it's a thing. Lack of, lack of taste. We're drifting into what I had planned to be an

alternative to the essential blur, because I thought this episode kind of feels a bit different,
