| 2:12.0 | I think the way I like to do it now is certainly I associate everywhere with food. I can't help but do that. I want to go and travel places because I want to eat the food that is made there. Now this is all stuff I don't really eat anymore or ever or not for years. |
| 2:31.0 | But I still will associate everything like you have to be kidding me if I go to Italy anytime soon. And I'm not going to eat catch a pepe or or or spaghetti carbonara in Rome or something like this. I'm going to eat that for sure. |
| 2:45.0 | But I think that now I'll not have to have it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Whereas before it was more like it would just be a binge for the entire trip. I would go to bed feeling sick every night, wake up with some kind of a food hang over the next day. |
| 2:59.0 | And then you know get my second wind and go back at it and every meal had to be super indulgent. And now I'll pick a couple of things that I want to have or try and I'll have those. And for the rest of the time I'll eat within the parameters that I basically eat now, you know, if hot dogs are your thing and you find yourself at Dodger Stadium, you know, I can't say I wouldn't have a Dodger dog. |
