Hey folks, Pete Troopis here and I'm back to give you a rundown on everything that we have coming up.

So our next seminar is going to be June 26th through the 28th in Wichita Falls.

We have a new type of camp on the list called the self-sufficient lifter camp and not only

we learn how to do the lifts but you'll also learn how to film your lifts and how to diagnose

yourself in the absence of a coach. We have a squat only camp in Seoul South Korea with two spots left.

We also have a polling camp covering the power clean and deadlift
