Hey everybody. Welcome to Muslim intelligence podcast. I'm sitting here getting work done and got inspired to record a little podcast because I got a lot of people who come to me for body transformations and say,

hey, Ben, I want you to help me build an amazing body.

And you guys know for 20 years of my life, I've focused on whatever it's going to take

to be the largest human being, the most aesthetic human being, have the greatest physique

on the planet.

Obviously, didn't quite get exactly where I had aspired to, but cut pretty damn close.

To be the top 10 in the world, and anything is pretty tremendous.

I think my success in the industry is a testament to simply what I was able to learn.

All of the mistakes that I made, all of the lessons I learned, all the incredible mentors that I

had, all the bad mentors that I had, ultimately, it was my ability to objectively assess everything
