Summary
A bit of a grab bag of listener questions in today's episode. Greg and Mark take on three good ones. The first: what should I expect from a clubfitting? Am I good enough for a fitting? How much can getting fitted for clubs matter for my game? The second: how can an amateur golfer have fun on the course and not allow this game to drive him crazy? And finally, how and when should junior golfers be introduced to competitive play?

| 0:54.0 | should I kick off my thoughts on that one? I think it's quite common. There's so many different nuances to this. Remember, you can do a static fitting. And I've had to do this. I've had people booking for club fittings with me. They can't hit the ball. Like, they're new to golf, but they want to spend money and get good clubs at the start. They're just going to do it. And they want to spend, they like, they've got spare money and they want the good clubs. And you're not doing a dynamic fitting, so measuring their delivery, because their delivery is going to change. They literally stand there and they might even grip it with the wrong hand below the other. They're that, like, new. So you resort to maybe a static You're this tall, your fingertips are this far from |
