It's getting time for us to start thinking about planting garlic.

0:04.1

Garlic is best planted in the fall.

0:07.5

I recommend sometime around your average first frost date,

0:11.4

give or take a little bit.

0:12.7

But the biggest challenge with planting garlic

0:14.9

is not necessarily the planting,

0:17.3

but it's actually securing the garlic to plant in the first place. Today's Q&A comes from a

1:22.0

from a reputable seed supplier, you are getting garlic that is certified disease-free,

1:27.4

as in it's not going to bring

1:29.0

in diseases to your soil. Are you going to guarantee you're going to get a disease if you

1:36.4

plant garlic that you got from the grocery store? No, not necessarily. In fact, a lot of people

1:41.6

that I have seen even commenting in my Facebook group have done it successfully with no problem at all.
