Maybe it's good news and good news for some of you if you absolutely detest my usual Q&A

podcast sidekick J.T. Wiles because I don't really have any internet out in the forest

at my house. I haven't for quite some time. I always got to drive to a library or an

evil Starbucks to record.

And because of that, J and I were not able to connect for today's show, but I still wanted

And so since we've had lots of questions and research studies bouncing around, I figured

Actually quite the contrary. I have a laser light stuck on my nose. I use this thing called

a V light. They're not like a sponsor of today's show. Even though I've done a really interesting
