We are closing out the year by doing a fun little powerhouse women wrapped revisit of your favorite episodes from 2024.

And this is how I know that all of you are my people because every single one of them had to do with expansion and personal growth and all of the things

that I love to learn about and talk about. So this episode is part two of what we revisited

last week about the signs that you're ready for your next expansion. And then in this part,

we're going to revisit some of the daily practices to help you shift your

identity and actually embody that future self now. You know, this is one of those practices that

every time I go back to it and I remember how simple it is, it's wild to me, how easy

it is to overlook this one simple practice that if you actually did it,

if I actually did it every single day without missing a beat, we would see results so much

faster. We would step into and embody our expanded identity so much faster.

And I know it's a busy time of year for all of us. But it's something that I'm really committed

to incorporating into my daily practice is to do this simple reflection and journaling exercise

and carry that with me throughout the day.
