put my brain on autopilot. And, you know, for some people, they get in an ice bath or they

meditate and I'm just not that guy. It's just, I don't like the cold. I don't care how good it it's just uh I don't like the cold I don't care

how good it is for me I don't like the cold and meditation I cannot slow this brain down so

driving I don't look at my phone I'm just focused on the road a very safe driver I usually have

people in my car is particularly kids so I'm very safe safe driving. Driving, I focus on one thing and one thing

only that's why I love driving so much. The other thing is when I go to my ranch. You know,

I turn my phone on to a Bluetooth speaker for the radio and then I'm not out there making stories

or content. I'm out there just living in the moment. And I can't do that in the city.

I can't do that in church.

I can't do that in the office.

I can't do it anywhere, man.

But when I get to Oklahoma and I'm in the middle of nowhere,
