Direct, O Lord, we beseech you all our actions by your holy inspirations and carry them on by your gracious assistance.

That every prayer and work of ours may begin always from you and by you be happily ended through Christ, our Lord.

Amen. Our lady's seat of wisdom, pray for us. Our Holy Father, St. Dominic, pray for us. In the name of the

Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. It's a great honor for me to be here with you

this evening. I was saying to Casey as we were driving into campus, it's very edifying to know

that a group of college students would be willing to sit and listen to a talk about St. Thomas Aquinas and Purgatory on a Friday evening.

So I'm already very edified and very impressed by the Timistic Institute chapter here at Mississippi State and by the caliber of students.

I want to say this.

So the way this works with the Temistic Institute is that there's a

roll-a-decks of speakers from all over the country that the leaders of each chapter can

then select and under each speaker there's a list of talks that they're willing to give.

And the Temistic Institute, which is in Washington, D.C. is part of the under each speaker, there's a list of talks that they're willing to give.

And the Temistic Institute, which is in Washington, D.C., as part of the Pontifical Faculty, of which I'm the president,

maintains a list in context of those speakers every so often to see if the list is still good.
